Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, the incumbent in this position is responsible for smooth and efficient cleaning operations in public areas and top-quality guest service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares work schedules and assigns projects as necessary to ensure cleaning standards and guest service standards are met.
- Performs supervisory duties such as coaching, corrective counseling, motivation of staff, providing assistance in hiring, establishing training programs and conducting training as necessary and conducting team member evaluations.
- Conducts detailed public area inspections to ensure adherence to quality and production standards and to identify problems.
- Recommends adjustments to departmental procedures to more effectively service the guest.
- Resolves problem situations to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Prepares daily reports and promotes effective communication both internally and with other departments.
- Conducts detailed property inspections to ensure adherence to departmental policies and to identify problems.
- Resolve guest problems/requests to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Attends and participate in meetings, following up as assigned.
- Performs work regularly and predictably.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
