Under the direction of the Financial Accounting Manager, the incumbent is responsible for preparing financial statements, duties include, but not limited to:
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepares journal entries to General Ledger.
- Prepares bank reconciliations.
- Prepares detailed account analysis.
- Analyzes fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets.
- Assists Financial Accounting Manager with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports.
- Assists Financial Accounting Manager with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
